American Immigration Council Looking for Employers and Employees Who May Be Impacted By Travel Ban

The American Immigration Council is seeking employers and employees who may be impacted by the travel ban imposed by Executive Order 13780, "Protecting the Nation from Foreign Terrorist Entry into the United States" (AILA Doc. No. 17030604), issued on March 6, 2017. We are particularly interested in identifying employment-based immigrants from Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, or Yemen who are pursuing an immigrant visa though a consular post, where the individual has been unsuccessful in scheduling an immigrant visa interview, the case is stalled due to administrative processing, or the individual could be denied an immigrant visa due to the ban.

If you have a case that fits this description, please contact the Council's Legal Assistant, Hilda Bonilla, at hbonilla@immcouncil.org immediately. If you have any questions about this request, please contact Melissa Crow mcrow@immcouncil.
