Sign-On Letter to President Asking to Take HIV Off List of Communicable Diseases
On 2/11/09, AILA joined a group of 152 HIV/AIDS, lesbian, gay, transgender, and immigrant rights organizations in a letter to President Obama requesting that the Health and Human Services Secretary remove HIV off the list of communicable diseases rendering an individual inadmissible.
