Can I view my membership information online?

You can see your membership information online by clicking the link to myAILA located in the upper right hand column underneath "Welcome [your name]" or by going directly to http://myaila.aila.org. In myAILA you can see your member profile, including contact information, communication settings, conference registrations, CLE credits and more

Tip: It is important to make sure you have a valid email address on file in order to access certain areas of InfoNet and receive listserv emails.

Can I update my contact information?

To update your contact information, go into myAILA by clicking the link to myAILA located in the upper right hand column underneath "Welcome [your name]." On the next screen click the "Edit Contact Information" button in the upper right box and fill out the form that loads.

How do I renew my membership?

You can conveniently renew your AILA membership online via myAILA. In your main profile window, you will see the date your membership is valid through. If you are within 45 Days before your membership expiration date, or up to 90 days after a Red "Renew Online" button will appear. You can only renew your membership online using a credit card. To spread your expense throughout the year, you may also choose the payment plan method. If you have questions about your renewal or need a statement, please e-mail the Membership Department at membership@aila.org.

What if I can’t afford to renew my membership?

If utilizing AILA’s payment plan is not an option and you have been a member for at least 3 years, you may apply for a dues waiver or reduction. To be eligible for such a waiver, you must complete the dues waiver application. The AILA Executive Committee grants dues waivers based on emergent or humanitarian considerations.

As a member, is there an AILA logo I can use on my firm's website?

Yes. AILA has created a special member logo and updates it each year to indicate the current year of membership. Simply download and fill out the Logo Request Form and fax it to 202-783-7853. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process the request and send the logo.

How do I add a photo to my profile?

To add your photo, go into myAILA by clicking the link to myAILA located in the upper right hand column underneath "Welcome [your name]." On the next screen click the "Change Picture" link located under the grayed out head photo (or underneath your current photo). On the next screen, browse for the file on your computer and then click upload. Photos must be in JPG, GIF or PNG formats and cannot be larger than 30kb. If you need to resize your photo and don't have the proper software, try this free online program: http://www.shrinkpictures.com

How do I find a list of committee members?

To find out who is on what AILA committee and their contact information, go into myAILA by clicking the link to myAILA located in the upper right hand column underneath "Welcome [your name]." On the right hand side you will see a tab called Find By Group. Click that and you will see dropdowns for all the committees. Choose the committee you are interested in and click the button "Search Committees" and on the next page you will see a list of members and their contact information

How do I find contact information for other members?

To find out contact information for other AILA members, go into myAILA by clicking the link to myAILA located in the upper right hand column underneath "Welcome [your name]." On the right hand side you will see a tab called Find A Member. Enter your search terms and click "Search" and on the next page you will see a list of members and their contact information.
