DHS Notice of Determination Regarding Border in New Mexico

DHS notice of determination that the DHS Secretary has determined that it is necessary to waive certain laws, regulations, and other legal requirements regarding the land border near the Santa Teresa land port of entry in New Mexico in accordance with Executive Order 13767. The notice states that DHS will take immediate action to replace existing vehicle barrier with bollard wall. (83 FR 3012, 1/22/18)
