DOJ Provides Information on Automatic Extension of EADs for TPS Syria

Employer Compliance, Temporary Protected Status & Deferred Enforced Departure
DOJ announced that USCIS automatically extended the validity of employment authorization cards for individuals with Temporary Protected Status from Syria with an original expiration date of 3/31/18. These EADs were automatically extended from the end of the extension period, 9/27/18.
