• "Case date" means the year (first two digits) and the number of the day of the year (the next three digits).
• "Data entry" means the receipt date of the last case taken from the shelf assigned to the officer as of the date of the JIT Report. It does not mean that the case is adjudicated on that date. Therefore, to make an inquiry, you must wait 30 days from that date.
• "Work days" exclude Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
• "Vacant" means no application is on the shelf, but the officer may still have it on his/her desk.
