USCIS Completes the H-1B Cap Random Selection Process for FY2018

USCIS received 199,000 H-1B petitions during the FY2018 filing period, including petitions filed for the advanced degree exemption. On 4/11/17, USCIS ran a computer-generated random selection process and will reject and return unselected petitions with filing fees, unless it is a duplicate filing.
