USCIS Provides the Lesson Plan Overview on Safe Third Country Threshold Screening

Obtained via FOIA by Catholic Charities of DC, USCIS provided the lesson plan overview on how to determine whether a foreign national seeking entry into the United States from a Canada at a land border is eligible for an exception to the Safe Third Country Agreement between the United States and Canada, which would allow him/her to seek asylum in the United States.
