Second Circuit Judge Challenges Lawyers to Commit to Pro Bono for Immigrants

The Honorable Robert A. Katzmann delivered the Orison S. Marden Memorial Lecture at the New York City Bar on 2/28/07. Katzmann spoke about the unmet legal needs of the immigrant poor and exhorted all lawyers to take part in expanding the provision of pro bono service.
