Letter in Support of Menendez-Hagel Amendment on Family Petition Cut-Off Date

Sign-on letter to members of the Senate urging support for the Menendez-Hagel amendment (SA 1194) to the Senate CIR bill (S. 1348). This amendment would move the cut-off date for family-based immigrant petitions from May 1, 2005, to January 1, 2007.
