AILA Issues Recommendations for FY2024 Federal Budget

AILA sent a letter to Congress with recommendations for the FY2024 federal budget. The letter highlights the need to adequately fund USCIS, humanely and efficiently prepare for migration encounters, reduce detention funding, and provide funding for fair immigration courts and legal representation.
