AILA Programs

 

AILA's Provider Status: n/a
Approved Programs: In-Person Conferences
Live Webcasts of In-Person Conferences
Live Audio and Web Seminars
OnDemand Programs
Approval Process: AILA programs are typically approved and are applied for after an event upon attorney request.
Credit Available: View your state's conference information page for the amount and type of credit available for in-person conferences and live webcasts of in-person conferences. Audio/web seminars are all 90 minutes in length and are eligible for 1.5 general credits, unless otherwise noted. OnDemand programs receive the same amount of credit as the live version of the program.
Credit Restrictions: OnDemand programs qualify for self-study credit and cannot be older than 2 years.
AILA's Reporting Requirements: AILA reports attendance within 45 days.
Attendee Compliance for CLE: Each attendee must submit and affirm the sessions they attended using webCLE. A four-digit attendance verification code is given during each session and must also be submitted. Attorneys must complete their webCLE submission within one week of the event to receive a certificate of attendance and to have their attendance reported. Please note that Delaware imposes an additional fee for late reporting. Delaware attorneys who fail to submit the forms to AILA in a timely manner will be billed the late fee.

 

 

 

MCLE Requirements

 

 

 

General Credit Requirements 24 total credit hours per compliance period.
Specialized Credit Requirements: 4 ethics credits per compliance period
Compliance Period Length: 2 years
Compliance Deadline: December 31
Reporting Deadline: February 1. Varies by admission date. If an attorney was admitted in an even-numbered year, credits are always due to be completed by December 31 of every even-numbered year; odd-numbered year admissions complete credit by December 31 of every odd-numbered year.
Credit Calculation: >60 minutes per credit hour

Attorney Reporting Requirements: Attorneys must submit affidavit by February 1 of year following compliance period.
