AILA Programs

 

 

AILA's Provider Status: n/a - AILA applies after each program upon attorney request. Programs are typically approved.
Approved Programs: In-Person Conferences
Live Webcasts of In-Person Conferences
Live Audio and Web Seminars
OnDemand Programs
Credit Available: View your state's conference information page for the amount and type of credit available for in-person conferences and live webcasts of in-person conferences. Audio/web seminars are all 90 minutes in length and are eligible for 1.5 general credits, unless otherwise noted. A lawyer may claim up to 15 hours of credit within the 45 hour CLE period for on-demand courses as defined in Rule 2R. The approval for an on-demand course is valid for 24 months after the date of approval by the Board office.
AILA's Reporting Requirements: AILA does not report attendance.
Attendee Compliance for CLE: Each attendee must submit and affirm the sessions they attended using webCLE. A four-digit attendance verification code is given during each session and must also be submitted. Attorneys must complete their webCLE submission within one week of the event to receive a certificate of attendance and to have their attendance reported.

 

 

 

MCLE Requirements

 

 

 

General Credit Requirements 45 total credit hours per compliance period.
Specialized Credit Requirements: 3 ethics credits and 2 elimination of bias credits per compliance period.
Compliance Period Length: 3 year
Compliance Deadline: June 30
Reporting Deadline: August 31
Credit Calculation: 60 minutes per credit hour, rounded to nearest quarter hour

Attorney Reporting Requirements: Attorneys must file an affidavit of attendance and may do so any time during reporting cycle, but no later than Aug. 31 of reporting year. Attorneys may also report CLE course attendance online through OASIS system.
