AILA Programs
AILA's Provider Status: | Approved Sponsor - All programs are presumptively approved. |
Approved Programs: | In-Person Conferences Live Webcasts of In-Person Conferences Live Audio and Web Seminars OnDemand Programs |
Credit Available: | View your state's conference information page for the amount and type of credit available for in-person conferences and live webcasts of in-person conferences. Audio/web seminars are all 90 minutes in length and are eligible for 1.8 general credits, unless otherwise noted. OnDemand programs receive the same amount as the live version of the program. |
Credit Restrictions: | OnDemand programs are considered Alternative Verifiable Learning Format and are available for credit for in-person conference programs from January 1, 2011 and for seminar programs from June 1, 2009. Attorneys can earn up to 12 credits through Alternative Verifiable Learning Formats. |
AILA's Reporting Requirements: | AILA does not report attendance. |
Attendee Compliance for CLE: | Each attendee must submit and affirm the sessions they attended using webCLE. A four-digit attendance verification code is given during each session and must also be submitted. Attorneys must complete their webCLE submission within one week of the event to receive a certificate of attendance and to have their attendance reported. |
MCLE Requirements
General Credit Requirements | 24 total credit hours per compliance period. |
Specialized Credit Requirements: | 4 ethics credits per compliance period. |
Compliance Period Length: | 2 years |
Compliance Deadline: | December 31 |
Reporting Deadline: | December 31 |
Credit Calculation: | 50 minutes per credit hour (AILA's CLE Calculator) |
Attorney Reporting Requirements: | Attorneys are required to report compliance by December 31 of their compliance year. |
