AILA Programs

 

 

AILA's Provider Status: n/a - AILA uses the New York Jurisdictional Policy.
Approved Programs: In-Person Conferences
Live Webcasts of In-Person Conferences
Live Audio and Web Seminars
OnDemand Programs
Credit Available: View your state's conference information page for the amount and type of credit available for in-person conferences and live webcasts of in-person conferences. Audio/web seminars are all 90 minutes in length and are eligible for 1.5 general credits, unless otherwise noted. OnDemand programs receive the same amount as the live version of the program.
Credit Restrictions: Credit for OnDemand programs is only available for in-person conference programs from January 1, 2011 and for seminar programs from June 1, 2009. Newly-Admitted attorneys cannot earn credit through live webcasts, seminars, or OnDemand programs.
AILA's Reporting Requirements: AILA does not report attendance.
Attendee Compliance for CLE: Each attendee must submit and affirm the sessions they attended using webCLE. A four-digit attendance verification code is given during each session and must also be submitted. Attorneys must complete their webCLE submission within one week of the event to receive a certificate of attendance and to have their attendance reported.

 

 

 

MCLE Requirements

 

General Credit Requirements: 24 total credits per compliance period.
Specialized Credit Requirements: 4 ethics and professionalism credits and 1 credit hour of diversity, inclusion and elimination of bias, 1 hour cybersecurity, privacy and data protection
Compliance Period Length: 2 years
Compliance Deadline: All credits must be completed and reported within 30 days
Reporting Deadline: After the attorney's birthday in alternate years.
Credit Calculation: 50 minutes per credit hour

Credit Restrictions: A maximum of 6 credits may be carried over to the next compliance period.
