CLE Information for AILA’s Annual Conference

Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit is being sought for the 2023 AILA Annual Conference and Webcast on Immigration Law in all jurisdictions that have mandatory CLE and legal specialization requirements. Participants seeking CLE credit for the LIVE event will be required to submit their attendance via webCLE by Thursday, June 29, 2023, at ailawebcle.org. Attorneys are awarded credit based on the number of session hours they attend at the conference. Attorneys are responsible for accurately tracking and recording the sessions they attend and the relevant CLE codes for CLE reporting. Attorneys may track and record their CLE codes with the 2023 Annual Conference Day-at-a-Glance.

Eligible participants can receive up to:

  • In 50-minute jurisdictions: 34 total credits (including up to 9.5 ethics credits, 2.0 elimination of bias credits, and 1.0 technology credit)
  • In 60-minute jurisdictions: 28.5 total credits (including up to 8.0 ethics credits, 2.0 elimination of bias credits, and 1.0 technology credit)*

*Please note that estimated CLE credit hours are for the live in-person and webcast attendance only. The amount of CLE credit hours awarded for OnDemand recording participation will differ depending on state jurisdictions.

As applicable for On-Demand Conference CLE credit, eligible participants can receive up to:

  • In 50-minute jurisdictions: 139 total credits (including up to 9.5 ethics credits, 2.0 elimination of bias credits, and 1.0 technology credit)
  • In 60-minute jurisdictions: 116 total credits (including up to 8.0 ethics credits, 2.0 elimination of bias credits, and 1.0 technology credit)
