December 9, 2019
USCIS updated the following forms:
Update to Form N-4, Monthly Report Naturalization Papers. New Edition Dated Nov. 12, 2019.
Edition Date: 11/12/19. Starting Feb. 10, 2020, USCIS will only accept the 11/12/19 edition. Until then, the 08/01/17 edition can be used.
Update to Form I-601A, Application for Provisional Unlawful Presence Waiver. New Edition Dated Oct. 20, 2019.
Edition Date: 10/20/19. Starting Feb. 10, 2020, USCIS will only accept the 10/20/19 edition. Until then, the 02/13/19 edition can be used.

USCIS updated the following forms:
Update to Form N-470, Application to Preserve Residence for Naturalization Purposes. New Edition Dated Dec. 2, 2019.
Edition Date: 12/02/19. Starting Feb. 3, 2020, USCIS will only accept the 12/02/19 edition. Until then, the 09/10/19 and 12/23/16 editions can be used.
Update to Form N-300, Application to File Declaration of Intention. New Edition Dated Dec. 2, 2019.
Edition Date: 12/02/19. USCIS will also accept the 08/02/19 and 03/13/18 editions.
Update to Form I-817, Application for Family Unity Benefits. New Edition Dated Dec. 2, 2019.
Edition Date: 12/02/19. Starting Jan 21, 2020, USCIS will only accept the 12/02/19 and 11/08/19 editions. Until then, the 11/07/17 edition can be used.
Update to Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence. New Edition Dated Dec. 2, 2019.
Edition Date: 12/02/19. Starting Feb. 3, 2020, USCIS will only accept the 12/02/19 edition. Until then, the 12/05/17 edition can be used.
Update to Form I-694, Notice of Appeal of Decision Under Sections 245A or 210 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. New Edition Dated Dec. 2, 2019.
Edition Date: 12/02/19. USCIS will also accept the 10/20/19 and 05/16/18 editions.
Update to Form I-601, Application for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility. New Edition Dated Dec. 2, 2019.
Edition Date: 12/02/19. Starting Feb. 3, 2020, USCIS will only accept the 12/02/19 edition. Until then, the 07/03/19 edition can be used.

Starting 6/28/19, USCIS will only accept the 4/9/19 edition. Until then, the 12/7/16 edition can be used.

Starting on March 22, 2019, USCIS will only accept the revised Form I-539 with an edition date of 02/04/19, and will reject any Form I-539 or Form I-539A with an edition date of 12/23/16.

Starting 4/29/19, USCIS will only accept the 11/7/18 edition. Until then, the 4/10/17 edition can be used.

Starting 5/6/19, USCIS will only accept the 2/13/19 edition. Until then, you can use the 11/30/16 edition. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions.
Update to Form I-539, Application To Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status 12/23/16. USCIS will publish a new edition of this form on March 8, 2019.
