Fifty-Five Members of Congress Call on DOJ to Reverse the Matter of M-S- Decision
On 5/15/19, Representatives Tony Cárdenas (D-CA) and Darren Soto (D-FL) led a group of 55 colleagues in a letter to Attorney General Barr urging the DOJ to reverse the Matter of M-S- decision which would make people apprehended between ports with credible fear determinations ineligible for bond hearing in front of an immigration judge.
