AILA and BOG Members Sue DHS to Block Rule Creating a Wage-Based Selection Process for H-1Bs
Five nonprofit organizations and businesses, represented by AILA and members of AILA’s Board of Governors, filed a complaint against DHS to enjoin the USCIS final rule creating a wage-based selection process for H-1Bs. (Humane Society of New York, et al. v. Mayorkas, et al., 5/17/21)
