AILA and the Council Submitted Amicus Brief on OPT Regulations

AILA and the American Immigration Council submitted an amicus brief in Matter of WashTech v. DHS urging the federal district court to find that the OPT regulations are lawful exercises of DHS’s authority as delegated by Congress and to grant defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment.
