AILA/ASISTA Request for USCIS to Accept Prior Editions of Form I-918 Supplement B Through 12/31/17

In response to USCIS’s recent announcement that beginning 5/12/17, it will only accept the 2/7/17 version of Form I-918 Supplement B, AILA and ASISTA submit a letter to USCIS requesting that it accept prior editions through 12/31/17 as this change will place hardship on many U-visa applicants.
