CBP Issues Guidance to Carrier Liaison Program on Travel of U.S. Citizens with Expired Passports
CBP issued guidance to the Carrier Liaison Program on the travel of U.S. citizens, noting that, as of May 21, 2021, U.S. citizens whose passports expired on or after January 1, 2020, will be able to use their expired U.S. passports to return to the United States through December 31, 2021.
