CBP Releases Memo on I-94 Automation at Air and Sea Ports of Entry
CBP released a memo noting the development of an electronic version of the I-94. According to the memo, {redacted} and {redacted} will be modified to generate an electronic I-94 record, and that CBP will seek to implement I-94 automation through the rulemaking process.
