CBP Releases Memo on CNMI-Only Parole

CBP issued a memo stating that once P.L. 110-229 is implemented, CBP will be responsible for the inspection and admissibility determination of al travelers into the United States at Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) ports of entry.
