CBP Releases Memo on WHTI Enforcement for Air Travelers

CBP issued a memo outlining specific directions regarding the progression to full enforcement of the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI) Phased Enforcement Strategy for Air Travelers. CBP Field Offices will begin enforcement on 2/19/08.
