CDC notice of an amended order signed 12/2/21, and effective 12/6/21, which requires a negative pre-departure COVID-19 test within one calendar day before departure or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 in the past 90 days for all airline or other aircraft passengers arriving into the United States from any foreign country.
