CIS Ombudsman’s Office Issues Message on Advance Parole Processing

The CIS Ombudsman’s Office issued message on the denial of applications to renew advance parole. The message explains the issue and states that in November 2018, USCIS Director Cissna approved a change in policy that upheld the original interpretation regarding traveling while I-131 is pending.
