AILA provides comments on an additional proposed delay of the effective date of the DOL final rule on computing prevailing wage levels. AILA recommended DOL further delay the implementation of the rule to at least 7/1/23 in order for DOL to rescind the final rule, issue new proposed rulemaking that is evidence-based and implemented outside of peak filing windows, and allow for proper opportunity for stakeholders to comment.
