AILA Submits Comment on DHS's Biometric Rule as it Relates to Regional Centers

AILA submitted comments to DHS's proposed rule expanding the use and collection of biometrics as it relates to EB-5 regional centers. AILA will be submitting additional comments jointly with the American Immigration Council and the Immigration Defense Clinic at Colorado Law opposing the rule.
