AILA submitted comments on the DOL IFR on computation of prevailing wage levels. Arguing that the rule creates artificially high wage requirements as a result of a flawed methodology that effectively blocks the intent of Congress when it created the H-1B visa, AILA urged DOL to withdraw the IFR.
