AILA and the Council Submit Comments Opposing Changes to the H-1B Visa Program
AILA and the Council submitted comments opposing the 10/8/20 DHS Interim Final Rule amending certain regulations governing the H-1B nonimmigrant visa classification program, including revising the regulatory definition of and standards for a “specialty occupation,” among other changes.
