AILA and the Council Submit Comments Opposing USCIS Proposal to Create Wage-Based Selection Process for H-1Bs
AILA and the Council submitted comments opposing USCIS’s proposal to amend the regulations governing the process by which it selects H-1B registrations for the filing of H-1B cap-subject petitions (or H-1B petitions for any year in which the registration requirement is suspended).
