Courts Finalize CSS and LULAC (Newman) Legalization Cases

Applications are provided for those who were living in the U.S. in an unlawful status prior to 1982, were eligible for the 1986 legalization program, but who did not apply for certain specified reasons. The application period runs from 5/24/04 to 5/23/05.
