DHS Announces Extension of TPS Designation for South Sudan

DHS Secretary Nielsen announced the extension of the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) designation for South Sudan for 18 months, through November 2, 2020. Further details, including information on the re-registration process and EADs, will appear in a Federal Register notice.
