DHS Announces Fee Exemptions and Streamlined Processing for Afghan Nationals Resettling in the United States

DHS announced that it will exempt certain filing fees for Afghan nationals who were paroled into the United States for humanitarian reasons on or after July 30, 2021. They will also streamline processing requests for work authorization, Green Cards, and associated services.
