DHS Memo on Expansion of the Provisional Waiver Program

An 11/20/14 memo from DHS Secretary Johnson directing USCIS to issue new regulations and policies on the use of the I-601A provisional waiver to all statutorily eligible applicants for whom an IV is immediately available. Also requests additional guidance on the definition of “extreme hardship.”
