DHS notice of designation of Sudan for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for 18 months, effective 4/19/22 through 10/19/23. This designation allows eligible Sudanese nationals (and individuals having no nationality who last habitually resided in Sudan) who have continuously resided in the United States since 3/1/22, and who have been continuously physically present in the United States since 4/19/22, to apply for TPS.
