DHS to Terminate TPS for Honduras on January 5, 2020

DHS announced that it will terminate the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) designation for Honduras on January 5, 2020. DHS determined that country conditions have improved since the 1998 hurricane. Further details will be posted in the Federal Register.
