DOL Releases Emergency Procedures for Filing Electronic H-2B Application in the iCERT System

DOL sent notice to employers that they remain confident that the iCERT system will open for service on 1/7/19 at 2:00 pm ET. Notice also included information on the submission ticketing portal as well as procedures for submission of a pending H-2B applications.
