On August 24, DOL posted the following announcement:
OFLC released FAQs regarding its operations during the COVID-19 pandemic. OFLC notes that it remains fully operational and continues to process and issue prevailing wage determinations and labor certifications. If employers are unable to meet all statutory and regulatory requirements, OFLC will not grant labor certifications for the application.
