DOL Proposes Changes to H-2A Temporary Agricultural Labor Certification Program

DOL announced that it’s posting a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) in advance of its publication in the Federal Register to solicit public comment on proposed changes to the H-2A temporary agricultural labor certification program.

Note: Proposed rule will be published in the Federal Register on July 26, 2019.
