DOS Announces Full Resumption of Interviews for all IV Categories in Havana in January 2023
Update from November 10, 2022
DOS announced that the U.S. Embassy in Havana will resume full immigrant visa processing beginning on January 4, 2023, to include immediate relative, family preference, diversity visa, and K fiancé(e) visa categories.
The U.S. Embassy Georgetown in Guyana will continue to process Cuban immigrant visa applicants scheduled for appointments there through the end of December 2022.

DOS announced that the U.S. Embassy Havana will schedule all immediate relative immigrant visa appointments to include spouses and children under 21 of U.S. citizens (IR/CR-1 and IR/CR-2), with interviews beginning in July 2022. More information in notice.
