Presidential Executive Order: Reducing Regulation and Controlling Regulatory Costs

A copy of the executive order signed by President Trump on 1/30/17 regarding the reduction of regulation and regulatory costs. The order directs that for FY2017, whenever an agency promulgates a new regulation, it shall identify at least two existing regulations to be repealed. (82 FR 9339, 2/3/17)
