USCIS Reorganizes Existing Guidance Related to Special Immigrant Religious Workers

USCIS issued policy guidance in the Policy Manual to reorganize and expand on existing guidance related to special immigrant religious workers. This guidance, contained in Vol. 2 and 6 of the Policy Manual, is effective immediately and applies prospectively to petitions filed on or after that date.

Guidance is effective August 30, 2022, and comments will be accepted until September 30, 2022.
