ICE Provides Answers to Clarifying Questions for the Fall 2020 Term
ICE provided additional guidance for the fall 2020 term based on the SEVP March guidance. ICE notes that students in New or Initial status after 3/9/20 will not be able to enter the U.S. to enroll as a nonimmigrant student for the fall term to pursue a full course load that is 100 percent online.
