OFLC Announces Updates to Implementation of Prevailing Wage Rule in Response to District Court Orders

OFLC announced it is taking steps to comply with recent court orders concerning its prevailing wage rule, including making required technical changes to FLAG. OFLC released implementation timeframes for changes to the FLC Online Data Center, for filing LCAs, and for processing Prevailing Wage Determinations (PWD). OFLC also provided information on how employers desiring a review of a PWD issued using the 10/8/20-6/30-21 wage source year data that was implemented under the IFR can make a request for review by the NPWC Director on or before 1/4/21.
