Presidential Proclamation: Maintaining Enhanced Vetting Capabilities and Processes for Detecting Attempted Entry Into the United States by Terrorists
The White House issued Presidential Proclamation 9723 on 4/10/18, stating that effective 4/13/18, Chad is no longer subject to the restrictions and limitations of Presidential Proclamation 9645. (83 FR 15937, 4/13/18)
