SEVP Issues Broadcast Message on STEM OPT Employer Site Visits

SEVP issued a broadcast message providing an overview of STEM OPT employer site visits and how students and DSOs can prepare. SEVP notes that employers will receive advance notification of visits, and that DHS may request information concerning compliance before conducting an inspection.
