Social Security Administration (SSA) notice of a new system of records entitled Travel and Border Crossing Records to collect information about applicants, beneficiaries, and recipients of Social Security benefits under Titles II, XVI, and XVIII who have had absences from the United States. Editor’s Note: SSA published a notice at 84 FR 14441 extending the comment period until 4/24/19 due to the inability of the public to comment during a portion of the original comment period.
