U.S. Embassy and Consulates in Russia Fact Sheet on Suspension of NIV Operations in Russia

DOS states that nonimmigrant visa (NIV) operations in Russia will be suspended beginning 8/23/17. Beginning 9/1/17, NIV interviews will only occur at the U.S. Embassy in Moscow. NIV interviews at U.S. Consulates in St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, and Vladivostok are suspended until further notice.
